Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SVSD Billing software and services ("Service") provided by SVSD Billing ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using SVSD Billing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are legally authorised to operate a pharmacy or medical business in India, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

SVSD Billing provides cloud-based pharmacy billing and management software including features for:

• Sale and purchase invoice generation (GST-compliant)
• Stock and inventory management with batch and expiry tracking
• Distributor and customer account management
• Business reports and analytics
• Payment tracking and ledger management

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@svsdbilling.in.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as per your chosen plan.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Use the Service to generate false or fraudulent invoices
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the software

6. Data Ownership and Backup

You retain ownership of all business data entered into the system. We take daily automated backups but recommend you export your data regularly. We are not liable for data loss due to factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

SVSD Billing software, design, code, and content are our proprietary property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVSD Billing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and you may request an export of your data within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
