Refund Policy — SVSD Billing

At SVSD Billing, we are committed to providing excellent service. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments.

1. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new users. No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the software before subscribing to ensure it meets your needs.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

7-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason within 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
Technical Issues: If the software is completely non-functional for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end and we are unable to resolve them, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed
Dissatisfaction due to features that were clearly described before purchase
Failure to use the software during the subscription period
Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
Annual subscriptions after the 7-day window (except for technical failures)
Partial months — subscriptions are not prorated on cancellation except in technical failure cases

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your registered mobile number, pharmacy name, payment date, and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. After cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days.
